Audra Roth

Audra R. Roth, a managing partner of Roth and Roth, has been pursuing the rights of her clients since 1994. She founded the law firm of Roth & Roth, LLP in 1998 with her husband and partner, David A. Roth.  The two have been working together in their law practice ever since.

Before founding the firm, Audra Roth worked on both sides of personal injury – Plaintiffs and Defense. This gives her a unique perspective when evaluating cases and determining strategies. The previous law firms were small personal injury law firms on the Plaintiff’s side, and she also worked for Zurich Insurance company’s in-house law firm. This allows her to see what factors are important to the defense side when determining the merit of cases. Her experience is exclusively in personal injury; car accidents, premises liability, municipal liability, wrongful death, transit accidents, bus accidents, truck accidents, trips, slips, and falls, as well as any case in which a corporation or municipality is negligent and causes an innocent victim to be injured.

Audra manages and runs the practice, handling all issues that come before the firm and making sure that all deadlines are met. She works on the caseload and appears in court and at mediations and arbitrations. She has successfully litigated thousands of cases to her clients’ satisfaction creating a loyal following.

Audra Roth is a tireless professional. A member of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association, American Association for Justice, American Bar Association, and Brooklyn Women’s Bar Association, and regularly attends annual lobbying events at the New York State Legislature. She is a vigorous advocate for her clients and has won numerous motions. Audra has many Appellate wins under her belt regarding topics from Threshold in auto cases to defaults by corporate defendants.  The best interests of her clients are always pursued in each case from intake through conclusion.

Audra also gives back to the community by participating in numerous philanthropic events and donating to just causes for children and families that need assistance.  She has helped multiple families by collecting coats and other needed essentials during the winter. Audra has participated in many charitable organizations and events as far back as when her children were still in car seats and making Meals on Wheels deliveries, along with crayon pictures from her toddlers to brighten the seniors’ days. She is also a frequent supporter of Dress for Success organizations to help women to get clothes for interviews and work.  Audra never misses a food drive, whenever the opportunity presents itself or a call is made, she always steps up and donates, often filling up an entire shopping cart to help out. At the beginning of COVID-19, she stepped up and filled an entire minivan with dog food, cleaning supplies, and other non-perishables to donate to the Town of Oyster Bay’s food and supplies drive to help people who were devastated by the pandemic. She is active in the North Shore Women’s Club which is a local charitable organization that provides food to the local food pantry, works closely with the North Shore School District to assist families in times of need, awards scholarships to deserving students in our area, and supports other local charities and organizations.

Audra is the proud mother of two dean’s list Cornell graduates and the loving owner of the family dog Murphy and cat Ophelia. Audra takes her knowledge and compassion from raising a family to helping her clients navigate through what are often devastating life-altering injuries.
