Since June 2016, I have been an associate attorney with Roth & Roth, LLP, where my practice focuses on litigation against municipal defendants, including civil rights violations under state and federal law, wrongful convictions, Freedom of Information Law litigation, and municipal negligence cases. I handle all aspects of cases, including trials and appeals. Since joining Roth & Roth, LLP, I have tried and won seven personal injury cases, including obtaining a $750,000 verdict in a wrongful death case on October 18, 2018. (Estate of Velez v. Roy et ano., Index No. 22599/2014E [Sup. Ct. Bx. Co]). and Desir v Depole in March 2019 achieving a verdict of 5.8 Million dollars. I also draft all of Roth & Roth, LLP’s appellate papers, and have argued appeals in the Appellate Division, First Department.
